The founder's goals are twofold :

To create an information systems consulting practice that would focus on client requirements through dedicated staff committed to quality.

To create a productive and challenging work environment for employees to show case existing skills while learning new technologies.

Today, the goals are on track, Consilium is starting to separate from the competition and is viewed by many in both the Government and the Commercial markets as a trusted partner and provider of quality services. Consilium has worked with Oracle and Unisys as well as several New York and New Jersey State Agencies. In each engagement, Consilium has been a significant factor in the success of the project.
